Ruqyah that is in accordance with the Shariah will involve treatment with the use of some verses of the Quran . The healing benefits of the Quran are mentioned a few times as throughout it ;
Allah says
We send down (stage by stage) in the Quran that which is a HEALING and a mercy to those who believe: to the unjust it causes nothing but loss after loss.
(Surah Isra( The night Journey) 17: Ayat no.82)
Say unto them (O Muhammad): For those who believe it(Quran) is a guidance and a HEALING; and as for those who disbelieve, there is a deafness in their ears, and it is blindness for them. Such are called to from afar.
(Surah Fussilat 41: Ayat no. 44)

One of them (the Prophet’s companions) started reciting Surat-al-Fatiha and gathering his saliva and spitting it (at the snake-bite). The patient got cured and his people presented the sheep to them, but they said, “We will not take it unless we ask the Prophet (whether it is lawful).” When they asked him, he smiled and said, “How do you know that Surat-al-Fatiha is a Ruqya?
